Finding Value in Your Accomplishments
If we have a list of 10 to-do items and achieve 8 of them, where does our focus go? If you’re like most of us, it goes right to the undone items, ignoring the successes.
This can create a skewed perception, one in which we see ourselves as always falling short. Acknowledging our accomplishments can balance our self-perception and help us celebrate what we’ve achieved.
